During those three years I investigated having one installed and decided to have your company install it for me.
The end result was unbelievable. The interest in doing the installation cannot be expressed. Your time, patience and professional knowledge speaks for itself.

I am pleased to write this recommendation on behalf of Stan and Kym Festa of iDigPonds. Stan and Kym recently completed a backyard pond for me at my home in Boca Grande, Florida. From start to finish, I was impressed with their professionalism and know how.
Although building a pond can be a messy endeavor, they kept the job neat and orderly. They also made sure existing landscape was protected. They arrived when they said they would and worked steadily until the job was done. Both Stan and Kym are conscientious and it's obvious by their enthusiasm that they are dedicated to their work.

We would like to take this opportunity to express our appreciation and gratitude for the wonderful waterfall that you created for us. In our search for a water feature we reviewed several locations and providers that were local to our area. Some were extremely high priced and others lacked the quality that we were looking for. Then by chance we found you and were so impressed that we decided to call you for an estimate.
As you know from being a Florida resident that not all companies in this area are reputable so we were a little skeptical. This fear was quickly displaced when you came to our home to review our pool area and prepare an estimate for us. You were very professional and provided references along with an exceptional portfolio of your work. You listened to our ideas and explained in detail what we could expect due to the limitations of our existing fountain. The existing fountain was designed by the owner of a well known pool company here in Florida. The end product from the pool co. was nothing like the original design. Basically it was just an expensive water bubbler and we were very disappointed in what we received for our cost.  So we hired you to redo it. You were faced with a near impossible task which also included a strict deadline for our imminent family visit.
We have to tell you that even though you outlined a picture in our minds on what the final result would be, we could never have imagined that it would be so exquisite. Each individual stone that was hand picked for our specific need was placed in such a way as to form an intricate work of art. You far exceeded our expectations and for that we are truly grateful. The look on the faces of our children and grandchildren when they first saw the water fall was something that we could never have paid for in our lifetime, more than money could ever buy, it was priceless.
As we sit together and enjoy the serene sight and peaceful sound of our waterfall we would like you to accept our sincere thanks for so much more than we expected.

The following email came in to us from a potential client whose husband decided to choose a different 
builder than us for their waterfall. Unfortunately the husband did not get to meet us. Not all waterfall builders are the same. Hire a CAC! Certified Aquascape Contractor, or you might be venting to us in an email like this lady...here's the letter.

Kym,  I just wanted to thank you for all the time you spent at my home in Six Lakes in N.Ft.Myers.  I certainly loved your ideas.  The hardest part was trying to talk my husband into spending $4-6,000 on a waterfall. It didn't work.  He thought I was being much too extravagent for a manufactured home park.  Therefore, we went with someone who was less than half the price and recommended to us by a local cement, stone and landscaping company.  Well, I guess you get what you pay for (in this case). The waterfall was completed about 2 weeks ago and has 4-5 leaks in it so we haven't been able to use it. The lights have not been put in yet (backordered) The plants that were put in are 'sunburned' and several other
problems.  I also gave this company an opportunity to bid on the water feature in the front entrance of our community (as you did) but still haven't gotten his bid.  We did like your designs very much and am hopeful
that our board will approve them.  As soon as we know, we'll contact you. In the meantime, I hope my guy comes back and finishes the job he started.

NOTE: I don't know the contractor she hired but This story is not unique, sadly we hear it "ALL" the time  but a little to late (and it's not just one contractor out there messing up quotes and builds). Remember get your istallation done right the 1st time or it'll cost you more in the long run.

I am writing this letter on behalf of Stan and Kym owners of iDigPonds. Stan and Kym just completed a very large job at my house consisting of the installation of a natural stone waterfall flowing into my pool and significant trim work using stone as coping around my Jacuzzi. The work that they have completed could be called nothing less than a work of art. Stan took liberal amounts of his time and literally left no stone unturned in his quest to create a stunning waterfall and Kym completed the team by keeping the project moving and providing an artists eye. I can honestly say that as a company they worked very hard to make sure that my wife and I as their customers were left happy and satisfied.
I have no reservations in recommending them for future water feature proposals.

This letter is to thank you for the back yard dog pond which you installed at my home. Your one day installation of a pond that we desigined to accomodate my Terriers was both professional and turned out to be exactly what I requested. My dogs get a great deal of enjoyment of of using it daily.  As requested you designed the pond at a shallow 10" deep in the center so the dogs don't require supervision because they can easily walk out on their own. They love the 1 1\2 ft. water falls. The fish habitat you installed worked out perfectly and all 10 gold fish which I initially put in the pond are still there and the dogs don't distrub them. All I can say is that you did a wonderful job and when my friends with dogs visit I always receive compilments about your work and now their dogs, plus mine, turn the pond into one big party.
Your work was done very professionally and friendly at the same time. I am very happy with what you have done for me and would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone. I hope your business continues to prosper.
